suspend は「停止させる」、permanently は「永久に」という意味です。suspend の代わりに ban「禁止する」や cut off「切断する、やめさせる」なども使われています。最近では「アカウントがバンされた」という表現も聞くようになりましたが、トランプ大統領のアカウントもバンされてしまったようです。
